Westbrook is located on the Connecticut coast midway between New London and New Haven. The marina itself offers many amenities including a restaurant, pool, tennis court, and picnic areas. West Beach is within walking distance. There are numerous restaurants, shops, galleries, and musuems in Westbrook and the surrounding towns of Old Saybrook and Clinton. A pleasant anchorage, Duck Island, is located just 10 minutes outside the main channel.

From Westbrook, you can sail to some wonderful spots in Connecticut including Old Saybrook, Old Lyme, Essex, the Thimble Islands, Guilford, Mystic, and Stonington. The North Fork of Long Island and the Hamptons are also within comfortable sailing distance. Visit the posh village of Sag Harbor, enjoy quiet nature views in Coecles Harbor on Shelter Harbor, or shop your heart out in Greenport. A stop at Fishers Island will provide you access to an exclusive community few from the mainland ever see. You can also have a more traditional New England experience by visiting Block Island, Newport, Cuttyhunk, and Martha's Vineyard.
